The Frost Foundation is a charity that has been established to help local children who are disadvantaged by illness, circumstance or lack of funding. The aim of the charity is to support children and teenagers in the Greater Manchester area with specialised pieces of equipment to help them live their lives to the full. We support children with disabilities, children living in poverty and small organisations within the local area. We never give cash or vouchers, or supply items for a household, only items for children. We do help with school uniforms in the summer and presents and food hampers at Christmas time.
Through our past efforts in fundraising we recognised a need for a foundation that could help to support both individuals and groups that struggle to attain the funding they need.
We raise funds in a large variety of ways from early morning Car Boot Sales to Evening Gala Dinners, with a focus on developing strong links with the local community and holding fundraisers suitable for families to attend. We have a calendar of events which tend to sell out quickly due to the amazing support we receive. We are always looking for companies and individuals who can offer help with their own fundraising ideas.
